01
Website logs
Like most websites, our server processes basic request information when a page loads. This can include the visitor IP address, requested URL, time of request, browser or device information, and response status. We use this for security, debugging, uptime, abuse prevention, and aggregate operational checks.
02
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 in a limited configuration for basic page-view measurement. At launch, analytics should run only for visitors who are not classified as being in the EU, UK, EEA, or Switzerland. If the region is unclear, analytics should not load.
- No Google Ads linkage.
- No Google Signals.
- No remarketing or ad personalization.
- No user-ID tracking.
- No session replay, heatmaps, or identity enrichment tools.
- No intentionally personal information in analytics event names or parameters.
03
Regional analytics gate
To avoid a broad cookie banner, the server may use a local country lookup file to decide whether the analytics script should load. The lookup is used only to answer a narrow question: should this visitor receive the analytics script or not?
04
Feedback and contact
If you email us, request a working session, or leave feedback on a document, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond, understand the issue, or improve the material. Please do not send confidential information unless we have agreed an appropriate channel.
05
Processors
The website may rely on hosting, email, analytics, security, and operational service providers. If analytics is enabled, Google may process analytics data for the limited measurement described above.
06
Retention
We keep logs, analytics, and contact information only for as long as they are useful for site operation, security, review, correspondence, or project administration. We may delete or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.
